Blinded by the Light

Postby callen24 » Wed Aug 28, 2019 5:43 pm

It is a greatly enjoyable film if you were a teenager growing up in the 80s
Top deck shandy
chips and beans for lunch for 59p
featured bands included cutting crew, mental as anything

I didn’t find it very Springsteeny

There was some dramatic licence but one major fault
Someone gets loaned 2 albums on cassette, Born in the USA, and Darkness on the edge of town. He listens to “Born” first. No one can believe that a conversion to Springsteen can be achieved by listening to “Born”, though i admit 2 reworks of 2 tracks on live 75-85 were part of my conversion
cyrus stream X2, Oppo HA-1SE, IMFs, NORD OneUP, VA Beethoven Baby Grand
ML binarystar digital, DenchXLR, RFCneptune RCA, VanDamme OFC spk cable. AG 500 ac regenerator and Townsend Seismic sink stand, sonority roller platform
rega RP6, AT95e/paratrace, Clearaudio nano, sub-platter upgrade
Former owner of 20 Cyrus boxes
