I've seen Phantom Thread and Three Billboards.... so far this year, both were excellent.

Lots of good movies out or coming soon that I'd like to see: The Shape Of Water, Darkest Hour, Lady Bird for instance.

Just seen Black Panther, good entertainment.
I do wonder when Marvel will run out of juice and make a real duffer again. There is a new avengers and then a new deadpool film, in the coming months

Black Panther was good - some pretty decent action in there.

Finally saw Darkest Hour last week too, and thoroughly enjoyed it - now need to see Shape of Water and 3 Billboards.

We've now seen Three Billboards, Darkest Hour (great performance, otherwise film fairly average) and Phantom Thread.

Still need to see Shape of Water and Lady Bird. Not so interested in Black Panther.

So many good films out this winter!

I wasn't blown away by anything other than Gary Oldman's performance in the Darkest Hour so far in 2018. Everything else I've seen was pretty ok, but nothing amazing.
